Chilli Paneer
Description
Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with fried paneer cubes tossed in a spicy, tangy sauce with vegetables. It can be served as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- 200g paneer
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Cornflour for coating
Steps
- Coat paneer cubes in cornflour and shallow fry until golden.
- Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers in oil.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and paneer cubes.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
